You also agree not to compromise the security of the Website or attempt to gain access to secured areas or sensitive information.
You agree to be fully responsible for any claim, expense, liability, losses, costs including legal fees incurred by us arising from any infringement of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.
Management reserve the right to change any part of this agreement without notice and your use of the Website will be deemed as acceptance of this agreement. We advise users to regularly check the Terms and Conditions of this agreement.
Management have complete discretion to modify or remove any part of this site without warning or liability arising from such action.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Management will under no circumstance be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages including any loss of business, revenue, profits, or data in relation to your use of the Website.
Nothing within this Agreement will operate to exclude any liability for death or personal injury arising as result of the negligence of Grayrock, its employees or agents.
All intellectual property of Grayrock such as trademarks, trade names, patents, registered designs and any other automatic intellectual property rights derived from the aesthetics or functionality of the Website remain the property of Grayrock.
By using the Website you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of Grayrock and will refrain from copying, downloading, transmitting, reproducing, printing, or exploiting for commercial purpose any material contained within the Website.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BOOKINGS Cancellation Policy
• If you are unable to attend a course that you have booked, please let us know as soon as possible
• If you have arranged for a colleague to attend in your place, this will be accommodated at no charge
• If you cancel more than 4 weeks before the date of the course, you will only be charged a £25 administration fee.
• If you cancel within 4 weeks of the course, you will be charged the full course fee but we will give you a free place on another of our courses (of equal value).
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the relevant Data Protection Acts).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process payments and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent, either explicitly, or by opting in to one of our email lists.
We will give you the chance to refuse (or unsubscribe from) any marketing email from us in the future.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:
• your name
• phone number
• email address
• credit/debit card details(only stored for current transaction)
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
